Mr. Ts. Azizul Hazry Bin Abd Aziz holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University Technology of Malaysia (UTM), B.Eng.(Hons.) in 2002. He has over 20 years of experience in engineering construction and specialised in NRW Management.
Azizul Hazry registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia and currently is the Chief Executives Officer at MASSB. His main areas of expertise are in infrastructure development and non-revenue water management. He worked for several consulting and contracting companies before joining Millenia Aqua Services Sdn Bhd (MASSB) in early 2006.
Since joining MASSB, Azizul has been involved in the development of the Non-Revenue Water industry in Perak for Lembaga Air Perak in the areas of planning, designs, standards development, quality, research & development, operation and maintenance.
Mrs. Nurdinawati Binti Mhd. Nordin

Holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) (Civil) from the UniversitiTeknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam, Selangor. She possesses 17 years of working experiences, mainly in the Non-Revenue Water reduction program in Perak. She is now head of Operation System, responsible for managing all NRW reduction program. It includes NRW Zones development and management, Pressure Managements, Instrumentations (Metering and Data Logging), NRW Zone data managements, Active Leakage Control (ALC), NRW Analysis and Reporting.
Mr. Shahir Bin Yahya

Graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from University Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Shah Alam, Selangor, in 2000. He has experiences in accounting and finance before joining MASSB. In January 2006, he was appointed as an Account Executive when he joined MASSB. He was also responsible for financial budget, financial reporting, investment and cash flow. As part of his current task, he has also been responsible as a Quality Management Representative (QMR) for ISO9001:2015 since 2008.
From May 2021, his position is now as a Chief Financial Executive (CFO) in Millenia Aqua Services Sdn Bhd.
Mrs. Norhaznidar Binti Zakaria

Graduated in Bachelor of Business Management (Hons) (finance) from UniversitiTeknologi Mara (UiTM) Kota Bharu, Kelantan in (2005-2008). She also holds a Diploma in accountancy from UniversitiTeknologi Mara (UiTM) Seri Iskandar, Perak (2002-2005).
She has over 15 years of experience in senior administration and human resource position. Currently, she is Chief Human Resources Officer(CHRO) in Head of Quarter and all branches Millenia Aqua Services Sdn Bhd.
Mr. Muhammad Izni Bin Roslan

Holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He brings over 16 years of experience working mainly on NRW Reduction Projects in Perak. It includes District Metering Areas (DMAs) Management, covering all scopes of NRW related activities such as Pressure Management, Instrumentations (Metering and Data Logging), DMA data management, Active Leakage Control (ALC), NRW Analysis and Reporting.
Mr. Syed Nazrin Bin Syed Abdullah

Graduate with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from University Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2014. His career with Jalur Cahaya SDN BHD in Shah Alam, Selangor give him a valuable experience after graduate.
Joined MASSB IN 2024 as an Operation Officer.
Mr. Mohamad Irwanizal bin Ismail

Obtained his Bachelor Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering from the University Technology of Petronas (UTP) in 2018. Upon graduation, he joined a consultation company in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. He started his career as Graduate Engineer and gained extensive experience in transportation and traffic engineering. Then he pursued his career in a company that undertake and implement Concession of ‘Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan’ (PBT) for the maintenance of Perak’s state road falling within the 12 districts and he was the Head of Operational Team for the district section office that manages overall works in the operation of maintenance works.
He joined Millenia Aqua Services Sdn Bhd in 2021 and served for 1 year as an Operational Officer based in MASSB Barat for the Perak NRW Programmes.
Mr. Mohamad Khairi Adha Bin Zolkifle

Registered BEM. Graduated with B. Eng. (Hons) in Civil Engineering from University Sains Malaysia (USM), Engineering Campus Nibong Tebal, Pulau Pinang. 7 years experience in Civil Engineering Projects. Began his career as Site Engineer for project Projek Rangkaian Kumbahan Serantau also known as Papan 1 located in Ipoh, Perak (2016 – 2021). Responsible for managing manhole construction and temporary treatment plant for the project.
He joined Millenia Aqua Services Sdn Bhd in 2021 and served for 1 year as an Operation Officer based in MASSB HQ for the Perak NRW Programmes before transferred to Wilayah Selatan as a head of operation.
Mr. Amir Sabran Bin Zul

Obtained his Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2022. Upon graduation, he gained valuable auditing experience with Jamil & Partners in Gombak, Selangor.
Since 2024, he has been serving as an Internal Auditor at MASSB where he has gained approximately 2 years experience in internal audit.
Mr. Ahmad Zulkarnain Bin Abd Rashid

Obtained his Bachelor IT (Hons) in Information Technology from the University of Selangor (UNISEL) in 2019. He has 6 years experience in Information Technology for multiple type of companies before joining MASSB in 2025.
His position now covered all area of IT in MASSB as Head of Information Technology.
